Bises.
Hey fellas!
I came across Sarah’s blog
while looking for African Fashion bloggers that live on the continent. I immediately fell for her sleek and elegant style. I was
truly happy to have the opportunity to collaborate with her and everything went quite smoothly. For this collab, we agree on a common theme: the 70s A-line skirt.
I decided to go for a more laid-back interpretation of this piece while Sarah chose to wear it in a more dressy way. But look, I think we both slay those lace tops in our own way, don't you think so? :)
My A-line skirt is a suedine skirt I bought last winter and that I wore in one of my first 2016 looks (My Rainy Days). It wasn't a piece initially made for the current season but mind you, it is definitely wearable in summer too.
To accentuate the "summerish" feel of the look, I dress the skirt with an off-the-shoulder lace top, my favorite Zara trainers and some cool sunnies from Missguided and here you go baby!
